Tasks Representative hospitality & VIP care: Warm, elegant figurehead of the restaurant; personal care of regular and VIP guests, skillful table assignment (seating) as well as sovereign, first-class complaint management at five-star superior level. Overall operational management & quality assurance: Control and monitoring of the entire service process in the restaurant, conception and implementation of continuous quality and SOP training as well as leadership and motivation of the restaurant team. Strategic interface work & offerings: Close coordination with F&B Manager, Chef de Cuisine and Sommelier to coordinate menu and wine lists, optimization of key figures (upselling, cost control) as well as the seamless coordination with the Back-of-House. Requirements Luxury expertise & leadership performance: Sound hospitality training as well as several years of verifiable leadership experience as Maître d’Hôtel or Restaurant Manager in five-star luxury hotels or high-end star gastronomy. Linguistic elegance & proficiency: Business fluent, stylish German and English (at least C1/C2) for dealing with demanding international clientele; Italian and French are of very great advantage due to the guest mix and the team structure. Charismatic personality & specialist knowledge: Distinctive charisma, excellent manners, role model function with a hands-on mentality as well as profound culinary and wine assortment knowledge.
