As Head of Manufaktur, you will assume overall operational and strategic responsibility for the HofManufaktur with around 20 employees. You lead, develop and promote your team and are responsible for recruitment, induction as well as employee evaluations. In addition, you plan and optimize personnel deployment taking into account economic efficiency and available resources. You ensure compliance with hygiene, quality and production standards according to HACCP principles and are responsible for the quality assurance of all products and production processes. Likewise, the economic management of the product portfolio, budget responsibility as well as the procurement of production-relevant materials are part of your area of responsibility. In close cooperation with product management, you are responsible for the HofManufaktur assortment and work cross-functionally with sales, purchasing and assortment management. Furthermore, you further develop organizational structures and processes with a view to future growth, lead team and department meetings and monitor market, consumer and industry trends to derive appropriate measures. The development and implementation of the department strategy in line with the corporate strategy round off your versatile area of responsibility. You have several years of professional experience in food production or food processing as well as sound leadership experience with corresponding personnel responsibility. Production planning, process control and compliance with food safety criteria are part of your expertise. In addition, you bring business administration knowledge, an analytical mindset and experience in dealing with key figures in the areas of quality, costs and productivity. Confident handling of digital working tools and ERP systems, ideally SAP Business One including production planning, is a matter of course for you. You communicate stylishly in German and have good English skills for exchange with employees, suppliers and other stakeholders. A category B driver's license is an advantage. You convince with entrepreneurial thinking and acting as well as a strong customer, solution and implementation orientation.
