Within the framework of the orientations defined by the Committee, you assume notably the following responsibilities:
Operational steering and evolution of the organisation
You ensure the steering of bn's activities, coordinate the implementation of its services and projects and ensure the achievement of the set objectives. You contribute to the evolution of the organisation, its processes and its operating methods in order to meet the challenges and needs of the association.
Management and human resources
You supervise the team, coordinate its activity and promote a mobilizing and clearly collaborative working environment. You accompany the development of skills and organisational evolutions and conduct HR processes, notably regarding recruitment, evaluation and personnel management.
Financial, administrative and quality management
You guarantee rigorous management of the association's resources, prepare the budget, ensure its monitoring and establish the annual accounts. You ensure compliance with the mandates entrusted to bn, administrative requirements and applicable legal, regulatory and statutory provisions, as well as the quality of the services delivered.
Governance and decision support
You prepare the meetings of the Bureau and the Committee with the Presidency, provide the necessary information and analyses for decision-making and ensure the follow-up of decisions taken and their implementation. You promote a clear and constructive articulation between the governance bodies and the operational functioning of the association.
Development of services, partnerships and representation
You organise and ensure the smooth running of the training sessions provided by bn. You represent bn and develop relations of trust with cantonal and municipal authorities, members, institutional partners and associations. You identify developments and opportunities related to volunteering and propose the necessary adaptations for the development of bn's services.
Your profile:
You hold a tertiary level qualification (HES, university or equivalent) in a field relevant to the function. Additional training in human resources, management or adult education is an asset.
You have confirmed experience in human resources management, including team leadership, recruitment, support and skills development. You know how to generate buy-in by promoting collective intelligence.
You master administrative and financial management, notably the preparation and monitoring of a budget and the monitoring of accounts. You demonstrate rigor in the management of resources and compliance with requirements related to public mandates and funding.
You understand the challenges specific to the associative, parapublic and institutional environments of Neuchâtel. At ease in a representation role, you know how to collaborate with governance bodies, authorities and partners with varied interests.
You combine oral and written communication skills and interpersonal ease. You also possess excellent analytical and organisational skills. Your professional posture is characterised by listening, autonomy and a sense of cooperation.
