Head of Acquisition and Coaching

A warm welcome to the Zweckverband Soziales Netz Bezirk Horgen (SNH). The Acquisition and Coaching department supports unemployed people in their integration into the 1st labor market. Due to the retirement of the current position holder, the position of Head of Department is to be refilled. We are looking for a Head of Acquisition and Coaching ## starting 1 January 2027 or by arrangement. In the role of Head of Department, together with your team leaders, you are responsible for the personnel and technical leadership of a total of around 20 specialist employees. Your management tasks include the structural, organizational, and qualitative further development of the department together with the other department heads and the department management. Your main tasks ## • Personnel and technical leadership of three team leaders • Responsibility for the programs and the sub-areas of Coaching and Acquisition in cooperation with: • * the Amt für Arbeit (PvP, SEMO, JobcoachingPlus) • the Fachstelle Integration (Jobcoaching and work assignments) • the municipalities (work assignment programs) • Conceptual further development of the department as well as the offerings in cooperation with the department management, as well as the departments of Work and Education • Responsibility for quality management • Public relations and contact person for third-party agencies Requirement profile ## • University of applied sciences or university degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a comparable field of study • Leadership experience • Experience in labor integration • Training and experience in coaching and counseling or corresponding further training in the field of leadership • Independent and structured way of working, high team and IT competence as well as an analytical and solution-oriented way of thinking We offer ## • A varied, versatile, and demanding activity • A well-organized and structured operation • Employment conditions according to cantonal guidelines • Scope for design in the further development of offerings and concepts • Cooperation in an interdisciplinary, committed, and motivated management team
