Registered Nurse in Recruiting

As a Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH, you will bring your knowledge from everyday nursing directly into recruiting and personnel consulting. You will search for and contact nursing professionals, conduct initial interviews regarding specialization, workload, place of work, and professional expectations, and support our recruiting team with further follow-up. Your experience in nursing will help you to correctly assess qualifications, areas of application, and technical requirements. Recruiting experience is an advantage, but not a requirement. The activity can also be carried out completely remotely.

What to expect in this role

• You specifically identify Dipl. Pflegefachfrauen and Dipl. Pflegefachmänner HF/FH via suitable platforms, networks, and direct approach
• Initial contact: You clarify specialization, professional experience, workload, place of work, availability, and professional expectations of the nursing professionals
• Profile comparison: You categorize qualifications and experiences professionally and check which open positions match the respective requirements and expectations
• Appointment management: You arrange interviews with our team and ensure that the relevant application documents are complete
• Documentation: You record interview content, availability, professional wishes, and technical key data in a structured manner in the recruiting system

What you bring with you

• Completed training as Dipl. Pflegefachfrau or Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF/FH or a comparable nursing education
• Professional experience in nursing, ideally in a Swiss hospital, a clinic, Spitex, or another healthcare facility
• Good knowledge of the different nursing specializations, functions, and qualification requirements
• Ability to classify and assess the professional experience, areas of application, and technical qualifications of nursing professionals
• Experience in recruiting, Active Sourcing, or in the direct approach of candidates is an advantage, but not a requirement
• Ideally an existing professional network in the Swiss healthcare system
• Affinity for digital recruiting tools and AI-supported processes or interest in learning them
• Very good German language skills from level C1
