Tasks

• Advising managers and employees as an HR Business Partner
• Support in labor law and personnel issues
• Management of the entire HR lifecycle from entry to exit
• Recruitment of specialists and managers in cooperation with line managers
• Handling of personnel administration from A to Z
• Execution of the monthly payroll including social insurances
• Management of sickness and accident cases
• Personnel development and organization of training and further education
• Responsibility for the training and supervision of apprentices
• Participation in personnel development and HR projects
• Optimization of HR processes as well as creation of HR evaluations

Qualification

• Completed commercial training
• Further training in human resources is an advantage (HR specialist certificate, personnel assistant or comparable)
• Several years of experience in a comparable function
• Native German language, foreign language skills are an advantage
• Proficient IT skills (MS Office, SAP)
• You are a service-oriented and trustworthy personality with a solution-oriented and reliable way of working
• You possess negotiation skills, a networked way of thinking and are an organizational talent
• Hands-on and doer mentality
