Risk Operations Expert Advisor Early Collection Job Details | Swisscard

Work location: Zurich Region & Remote Work, part-time from 80% possible   In this role, you are part of our Early Collection team. You discuss individual situations with customers in payment arrears, agree on suitable payment deadlines, and ensure their compliance. Together with your colleagues, you ensure strong customer service and find the right balance between risk control, customer experience, and business success.   YOUR TASKS  • You actively help manage inbound and outbound call volume and support efficient deployment planning within the team. • You are the contact person for technical questions in the Early Collection team and support new as well as existing employees in their further development. • You process customer cases in payment arrears by telephone and in writing and find sustainable solutions. • You decide on the blocking or unblocking of credit cards, taking into account risk, customer situation, and specifications. • You contribute to projects, recognize opportunities for improvement, and help to further develop processes in Early Collection.   YOUR PROFILE • You bring experience in the credit or collection sector, in customer service, or in a contact center. • Ideally, you already bring some leadership experience (e.g., as a deputy). • You have a commercial basic education; further training in the field of business administration is an advantage. • You communicate confidently in German, English, and French; Italian skills are a plus. • You work in a structured manner, recognize problems quickly, and act in a solution-oriented way. • You are empathetic, have strong communication skills, and respond professionally to different needs.   For this position, we only consider direct applications.
