Employee Order Processing & Customer Service (m/w/d)

Job Description ### For an established company in the technical environment in the Zurich North region, we are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented personality as an employee in order processing & customer service (80-100%). In this varied function, you will take on an important interface function between customers, suppliers, and internal departments. You will contribute to ensuring that customer inquiries are processed professionally, offers are created on time, and orders are handled efficiently. Thanks to your structured way of working and your customer orientation, you will make a significant contribution to smooth processes and high service quality. The ideal start date is between early and mid-August 2026. Tasks You will handle customer inquiries from the first contact to successful implementation and ensure reliable and timely processing. To do this, you will create and calculate offers, record inquiries in the system, and support project managers with administrative and organizational tasks. Additionally, you will coordinate delivery dates, keep track of ongoing orders, and be in regular contact with customers, suppliers, and internal contacts. Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the optimization of processes and support adjacent business areas as needed. Requirements You have completed commercial training and have experience in a comparable function. You are familiar with the common MS-Office applications. Very good German language skills in writing and speaking are required, French language skills are an advantage. For this position, we require experience in a technical environment, ideally in the fields of building technology, HLK, or construction. Personally, you convince with your initiative, your pronounced customer and service orientation, as well as your structured and independent way of working. You communicate securely on different levels, think in a networked way, and keep an overview even in a dynamic work environment.
