January 2027 Department: Facility Services Management Your tasks * Support of the helpdesk (recording, processing and monitoring of tickets/orders) for our customer at Zürich Flughafen * Creation, processing and accounting of invoices * Creation of offers and contract adjustments for the customer * Creation and management of the property budgets in cooperation with the customer * Participation as well as recording of the minutes of regular customer meetings * General building management tasks (property documentation, real estate administration etc.) * Support and coordination of suppliers * General administrative work such as ordering office supplies etc. * Office supplies * Support of our site manager with various coordinative tasks Your profile * Completed training in the commercial sector or hospitality, knowledge in the area of Facility Management is an advantage * Professional experience in a similar area (airport business) is very advantageous * Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook) * Very good German and good English skills in speaking and writing, other languages are an advantage * Very high flexibility, being open to new things and short-term changes are a must * High service orientation, common sense as well as a healthy dose of humor * Discretion and an impeccable reputation are required * More than 5 years residing in Switzerland About us At Vebego AG, more than 6'000 employees make our customers' lives easier every day and ensure that their buildings always remain in top form.
