Customer Service and Sales Back Office Clerk 50-60% (m/f/d)

Your tasks

• Support of customer service in daily business: processing of customer inquiries and orders via various channels as well as assistance with tour planning
• Support of sales back office in the recording of customer orders
• Contact point for telephone customer inquiries as well as processing of email inquiries
• Support in the care of our end customers as well as retail partners
• Ensuring a high service level as well as solution-oriented communication
• Close cooperation with internal departments such as production, purchasing, field service, and customer service

Your profile

• Commercial basic training or comparable training
• Initial professional experience in sales back office, customer service, or in a comparable position
• Enjoyment of daily customer contact
• Very good language skills in German and French (English and Italian are an advantage)
• Proficient in handling ERP systems and common MS Office applications
• Strong customer and service orientation, high communication strength, and ability to work in a team
• Reliable, structured way of working with high self-motivation
