Your tasks:
Organisation and preparation of the culinary aspects for our events
Assistance with the monthly inventory incl. invoice and budget control
Jointly responsible for HACCP in the kitchen area
Further development of the gastronomy concept in close cooperation with the head chef
Close cooperation with the banquet, housekeeping, F&B and event facility departments

Your profile
Completed training as a cook EFZ
Experience in banquet and event gastronomy
Comprehensive knowledge of work and hygiene regulations
Sense for food trends and dynamic implementation
Good German language skills in word and writing
