You strategically develop our QA organization, guarantee high release quality and create the conditions for stable, testable and economically viable solutions. You thus connect people, processes and technologies to an effective quality approach. In collaboration with employees, specialized departments, development partners and customers, you ensure that quality is planned early, managed transparently and anchored sustainably. What you accomplish Leadership & organizational development You lead, coach and develop employees in the field of quality assurance You strengthen collaboration within the QA organization and promote a modern quality-oriented culture You moderate different interests and bring people, teams and partners together around common goals QA Strategy & governance You develop the QA and test strategy of the IGS and establish applicable standards, methods and best practices You create transparency on quality, risks, test coverage, defects and improvement measures You ensure that quality requirements are implemented sustainably and transversally across the organization End-to-end quality & collaboration You are responsible for quality assurance across products, systems, teams and development partners You identify quality and operational risks early, address them effectively and create solid bases for decision-making You work closely with product management, development, architecture, operations, security, customers and external partners Development of QA skills You advance the development of test automation, test data management, test environments and QA tools You prioritize measures according to risk, business benefit and profitability You ensure a professional and future-oriented development of quality assurance Why you succeed You have higher education (HF/FH/Uni) in computer science, business informatics, business management or a comparable qualification You have several years of management experience in a technical environment You are a communicative, determined and engaging leadership personality who brings people together beyond roles, teams and organizational boundaries You can orchestrate interdisciplinary teams, provide direction and advance common solutions even in complex or uncertain situations You combine a good technical understanding with organizational skills, stakeholder management and the ability to align different interests towards a common quality goal You are not primarily a technical specialist, but a personality who shapes and makes quality effective through people, structures, processes and collaboration You understand the central disciplines of QA - from test management and test automation to UAT and non-functional testing - and can position them strategically as well as manage them effectively Very good knowledge of German, other national languages are an advantage We offer A strategically important leadership role with great latitude and high visibility The possibility to sustainably develop and shape the quality assurance of the IGS A socially relevant environment in the social insurance landscape of Switzerland and Liechtenstein Collaboration with committed colleagues and experts from product management, development, architecture, operations and security Flexible working models, possibilities for teleworking and workation as well as modern offices located centrally, near the main station A free smartphone with subscription, a half-fare subscription and attractive continuing education possibilities At least 25 days of leave and a collegial and future-oriented working environment Application process • 01Send us your documentsYour skills match our requirements?
