Your tasks • Regular care of existing customers • Processing of general customer inquiries after delivery • Processing of spare part, repair and service requests • Maintaining the spare parts catalog • Maintaining and evaluating customer surveys; developing improvement suggestions • Participation in the AOG standby service (24/7/365) Your profile • Completed technical vocational training • At least 5 years of experience in the aviation sector; preferably in the maintenance or customer service area • Very good German and English language skills in word and writing, Italian and French language skills are an advantage • Pronounced customer orientation and negotiation security; well-groomed appearance • Flexible, resilient personality with independent, efficient and accurate working methods • Good IT skills (MS Office; CRM; ERP) Your future With us, you can expect an interesting work environment in the fascinating world of aviation.
