Tasks

*You create the weekly planning based on the semester plan and the weather for an efficient and smooth workflow
*You take over the overall processing of Christmas tree production
*You ensure the maintenance of the recreational infrastructure, sports and bike facilities in the forest, nature conservation objects (meadows, Rieter, ponds etc.) as well as the operational buildings
*You take over the personnel and technical leadership of 3 employees, promote solution-oriented cooperation in the team and conduct regular team meetings as well as status and appraisal discussions
*You are responsible for the administrative and technical leadership of the civil service workers

Profile

Completed training as Forstwartin EFZ and completion as Forstwart-Vorarbeiterin FA or readiness to complete the course Forstwart-Vorarbeiterin FA
*Flair for handling machines and equipment
*Leadership experience as well as joy and readiness to accompany and guide civil service workers
*Driver's license category BE
*Flexibility as well as an independent and service-oriented way of working
