IT Supporter for First Level Support (m/f)

Your field of activity

• Receiving, classifying, analyzing and resolving fault reports in the areas of office hardware, office applications and internal business applications
• Support of end users via telephone, remote maintenance and on-site
• Support, operation and maintenance of client infrastructures
• Creation and maintenance of instructions and documentation
• Support and forwarding of non-resolvable problem tickets to the responsible specialist
• Installing hardware and commissioning in the company's own network
• Hardware procurement and inventory
• Collaboration on migration and rollout projects
• Co-responsibility for the monitoring of the ICT infrastructure
• Daily assignments in the branch offices in Bern, Basel, Luzern, Lausanne, Genf and St. Gallen are possible

What you bring with you

• Completed IT training (MCSA, MCSE, federal diploma of higher education in computer science)
• some years of experience in 1st level support is an advantage
• Knowledge of Windows Server 2012 to 2025, Windows 10/11
• Technical flair in the adaptation of new technologies and their possible uses
• Basic knowledge in the Microsoft environment is an advantage (Azure, Exchange, Teams, Windows Server, SQL Server, Dynamics, Sharepoint, Office/Microsoft 365)
• Basic knowledge in dealing with virtualized system environments is an advantage (VMWare / Hyper-V / VDI)
• Open, flexible, resilient personality with excellent communication skills
• Independent, reliable, customer-oriented and exact way of working
• Driving license category B and willingness to travel
• German native language
• French language skills are an advantage
• Independent way of working
