The establishment has 240 acute care beds, a maternity ward with approximately 1'500 births per year, and nearly 30'000 emergency consultations. In total, more than 40 medical disciplines have been practiced within its walls for over 150 years. We are looking for l-Hôpital de Morges for a:

Pediatric Nurse (M/F) at 70%

In order to reinforce our Pediatrics department, CDI as soon as possible

YOU POSSESS

• A HES nursing diploma, or equivalent foreign diploma recognized by CRS
• Successful experience in a similar function in neonatology or in the pediatric or pediatric emergency service with PALS, an asset
• Flexibility and availability to work day and night as well as weekdays and 2 weekends per month.
• Versatility and excellent management of stressful situations allowing you to evolve across our three pediatric poles (emergencies, pediatric service, neonatology)
• Great communication and listening skills as well as a sense of teamwork in a multidisciplinary setting

YOUR OBJECTIVES

• Ensure the triage of the patient population aged 0 to 16 years presenting in non-life-threatening emergency situations.
• Provide care in pediatric emergencies, in the hospitalization service for the patient population aged 0 to 16 years, as well as for premature and full-term babies.
• Anticipate, plan, organize and provide quality care with benevolence and dexterity
• Develop personalized care objectives with the child, their relatives, and the multidisciplinary team, based on collected data and taking into account a global therapeutic project
• Systematically and continuously evaluate the clinical state of children.
