All open positions Zurich Airport offers assistance to passengers who are mobility impaired due to a disability or their age. This service is available to all mobility-impaired passengers free of charge. Seven days a week from 04.00 - 00.00, you will lead a team of 15-20 employees in shift operation and promote continuous development. At the same time, you are responsible for the daily operational business, ensure smooth processes, resolve problems, and coordinate cooperation with employees as well as external partners. Your job destination ## • You lead a team of 15-20 employees in shift operation (Monday to Sunday, 04:00-00:00), plan and accompany their training, conduct regular feedback meetings, and promote cooperation within the team. • You are responsible for the daily operational business, ensure smooth processes, resolve occurring problems, and ensure the timely execution of all processes. • You are the contact person for employees, airlines, and airport partners and support them in solving complex operational challenges. • You monitor the daily deployment plan, recognize and resolve bottlenecks, coordinate overtime, and ensure that all tasks are reliably completed even during absences. Your skills in your luggage ## • You have completed basic training in the airport environment and bring several years of experience in operational airport business. • You demonstrate excellent service skills and ensure that all customers and partners are supported in the best possible way. • In a fast-paced environment, you always keep a clear head, work in a detail-oriented manner, and develop fast and solution-oriented approaches in stressful situations. • You handle sensitive information responsibly and ensure an appropriate level of confidentiality at all times. • Very good German and English skills (Level B2). • You have very good MS Office skills.
