Job description ## The central secretariat of the Direction générale de l-enfance et de la jeunesse (DGEJ) is looking for a unit secretary to complete its team in Renens. Qualifications ## • CFC commercial employee or an equivalent title; • Training as a Vaud cantonal archives officer desired; • 3 years of professional experience in a secretariat with reception, as well as in stock management and archives; • Ability to work in a team and excellent customer orientation; • Respect for confidentiality and discretion regarding service users; • Excellent mastery of IT tools and good learning capacity; The communication of any criminal records is required for this position.
