For our labor market measure EAR, we are looking for committed personalities as Work Agogic Specialist / Work Agogic Specialist Resource Assessment in Work Integration 60 - 100 % ## per 1. December 2026 for our location in Ostermundigen. Diaconis operates the three business areas Living and Care in old age, Palliative Care and professional integration. Our team comprises around 250 employees at several locations in the city of Bern, Ostermundigen and Biel. On behalf of the Canton of Bern, the work integration department of Diaconis offers various labor market measures for the sustainable professional integration of job seekers. One of these is the EAR measure (Ermittlung arbeitsmarktrelevanter Ressourcen / Identification of labor market-relevant resources), a status determination and potential assessment for German- and French-speaking job seekers. It is aimed at people with an unclear reintegration strategy when there is a need for assessment of labor market-relevant competencies and the integration potential for the labor market needs to be assessed. The results form an important basis for further professional integration. The referring agency is the regional employment center (RAV). Your tasks with us ### • You develop and update practical work assignments for the assessment of labor market-relevant resources • You accompany participants in concrete work situations and observe their technical, methodical and personal competencies • You recognize potentials, resources and development opportunities and incorporate them into the assessment process • You document observations, developments and results professionally in the case management software • You work closely with case management and career counseling • You make an important contribution to the creation of well-founded resource profiles and integration perspectives • You support a resource-oriented and appreciative accompaniment of the participants during the entire assessment process What you bring with you ### • You have a federally recognized qualification as a Work Agogic Specialist (Arbeitsagogin / Arbeitsagoge) • You bring at least three years of professional experience • You have very good German or French skills in speaking and writing.
