Our client is an innovative company that ensures drinking water flows reliably in buildings throughout Switzerland. With around 500 employees, the company develops, produces, and sells pioneering total solutions for sanitary and heating technology. To strengthen the team, we are looking for a committed leadership personality. Your tasks • Leadership of six employees, including planning and organization of revision, repair, and maintenance work • Supporting the team in analyzing malfunctions in the production and logistics systems • Ensuring occupational safety and continuous system availability • Coordination of process optimizations and TPM tasks (Total Productive Maintenance) • Ensuring optimal documentation and deployment planning using modern maintenance software • Close and constructive cooperation with the departments of maintenance management, maintenance planning, and production Your competencies • Proven professional experience in the field of maintenance, automation, or mechatronics • Successful further training as an Instandhaltungsfachmann / Instandhaltungsfachfrau is an advantage • Existing connection permit according to NIV Article 15 or the willingness to complete this training • Very good specialist knowledge in control technology and/or electrical engineering • Sound leadership experience in a comparable industrial environment • Motivated team player with high social competence and communication strength Qualifications We offer • A family-like working atmosphere in a sustainably acting company • Attractive working time model with a 40-hour week and annual working time • Five to six weeks of vacation for your recovery • Funded further training opportunities in the amount of fifty to one hundred percent • A fair profit-sharing scheme for all employees • Free employee parking and attractive Reka discounts Apply now Does this sound interesting to you?
