What you will achieve with us Ensuring smooth operational operations as well as high data and process quality along our Marketplace products Analysis and processing of operational questions from partners and internal stakeholders Documentation, analysis and optimization of business and operating processes including identification and accompaniment of automation potentials Recording, structuring and prioritizing functional and technical requirements as well as creation of User Stories for Product and Engineering Close cooperation with Product Management, Engineering, Sales and Customer Success for the successful implementation of new solutions Support with tests, releases and rollouts of new functions and processes Analysis of process and system problems as well as participation in root cause analysis and finding solutions Analysis of operational key figures as well as identification and implementation of improvement and scaling potentials Active participation in shaping efficient and future-proof processes for the further growth of our Marketplace products What we expect from you 2–5 years of professional experience in Operations, Business Operations, Project Management or a comparable area Strong process and analytical understanding as well as joy in structuring and improving complex processes.
