We are a committed IT team that reliably operates and continuously develops central IT services. For our team, we are looking for a committed personality to take responsibility for our Identity & Access Management (IAM) service based on the One Identity Manager and to actively drive its further development.

In this role, you are the central interface between IT, specialist departments, external partners, and technical specialists. In addition to your IAM focus, you also enjoy contributing to other exciting topics in our versatile IT landscape.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the IAM service: You ensure the stable operation of our Identity & Access Management and control the further development of the One Identity Manager as well as the implementation of new requirements
• Process management and automation: You design and optimize IAM processes, especially the Identity Lifecycle (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), role and authorization management, as well as the automation of existing processes
• Interface and partner management: You are the central contact person for internal specialist departments, connected systems, and external IAM consultants. You coordinate cooperation and ensure the quality of the results.
• Service Management and Governance: You ensure clear responsibilities, traceable processes, and clean documentation. In addition, you coordinate incidents, changes, and technical dependencies with the responsible specialists
• Participation in other IT services: Depending on your interest and need, you also contribute to other topics in our team, such as Client Management, software packaging and distribution, Omnissa VDI, Citrix, Mobile Device Management (MDM), Monitoring, SharePoint, or SQL Management
• On-call service: You occasionally take on on-call duties and are also prepared for weekend shifts if required

What you bring with you:

• Education and expertise: You have completed IT training or a comparable qualification and bring experience in Identity & Access Management, Service Management, or Application Management
• IAM knowledge: You understand technical and procedural contexts in Identity & Access Management. Experience with the One Identity Manager is an advantage
• Service and process understanding: You work in a structured manner, set priorities, and enjoy sustainably improving and further developing services and processes
• Independence and organization: You enjoy taking on responsibility, coordinating internal and external partners, and driving topics forward independently
• Communication and team spirit: You communicate clearly, enjoy working with different stakeholders, and find suitable solutions together
• Interest in new technologies: You like to look beyond your own specialist area, bring curiosity for further IT technologies, and are ready to familiarize yourself with new topics
• Commitment and flexibility: You convince through your service-oriented way of working and bring the readiness for on-call and occasional weekend shifts.
