Head of Production (d/w/m)

You want to lead a production not just manage it, but sustainably scale and take it to the next level? ​ In this role, you will take over the overall responsibility for our production organization and actively shape a stable, efficient and future-proof production. Support with training and further education 30% employee discount on the entire range in all branches Regular company events and team activities Overall responsibility for production: Leadership and development of production as well as ensuring output, quality and stable processes in day-to-day business including audit capability Planning & Control: Responsibility for production and personnel planning in close coordination with Supply Chain Management and Sales Efficiency & Working Capital: Control of quantities, inventory and productivity with a focus on costs, efficiency and capital commitment Processes & Systems: Building clear structures as well as standardization and continuous development of processes and systems including active co-design of the ERP (Odoo) Leadership & Scaling: Leadership, development of the team and building a scalable, less person-dependent production organization Proven production experience: Several years of experience in production, ideally in food production, gastronomy or FMCG Strong leadership & implementation: Proven leadership experience combined with clear planning and implementation competence Operational and strategic presence: Ability to understand the day-to-day business in detail and translate it into strategic decisions Scaling & Systems: Experience in building and developing production structures as well as in handling ERP systems and planning tools Entrepreneurship: Structured, decisive and independent work with a pronounced hands-on mentality and understanding of Working Capital If you want to actively further develop our production, create structures and achieve sustainable impact, we look forward to your application.   Tenz a lot!
