What awaits you

• Sale of service and repair contracts as well as support in the sale of modernizations
• Advising and accompanying customers as well as developing and guaranteeing a long-lasting and solid customer relationship
• Handling customer complaints and requests in order to increase their loyalty
• Close collaboration with the service team leader for the assigned service sector

What you bring

• Completed basic technical or commercial training
• Sales experience is an advantage, ideally in the field of capital goods and/or technical services
• Proficiency in MS Office and SAP knowledge are a plus
• Humor, because we like to laugh?
