The employer is looking for two:

Cooks (reported profession)

Tasks:

• production of meals in compliance with hygiene and technical food cooking knowledge
• menu planning
• technical management of kitchen tools, utensils and machinery
• maintain absolute respect towards the residents
• follow up with promptness and courtesy on the requests and dietary needs of the residents
• promote the motivation of other collaborators through listening and encouragement
• contribute to maintaining a serene and constructive working environment, based on mutual respect, availability and spirit of collaboration

Requirements:

• federal certificate of capacity (AFC) as a Cook
• at least 2 years of professional experience as a Cook
• excellent knowledge of Italian and basic knowledge of other national languages
• knowledge of food techniques and respective equipment for production in catering
• knowledge of hygienic standards and relative application in catering
• IT knowledge (Office applications, web searches)
• category B driving license desirable

• degree of employment 100%
• start of employment immediately
• type of contract fixed-term for 6 months renewable with possibility to convert to permanent
• working hours shift work 7/7 (Sunday work, holiday work and shift work)
• monthly salary remuneration based on CCL ROCA
