Activity -You support the comprehensive deployment planning of our total 46 service technicians in Switzerland -You dispatch our technicians both in the assigned area and across areas for disruptions, maintenance and new installations -You take over the order-related communication with customers, technicians, team leaders, supporters and the backoffice team -As one of five dispatchers in our dedicated team, you actively contribute to customer satisfaction and profitability -In addition, you support our customers by phone with your first-level skills and offer quick, solution-oriented help Profile -You have a completed basic training and bring several years of professional experience in the commercial sector -You have good technical basic knowledge and a pronounced interest and flair for technology -You are a team player, appreciate intense customer contact and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment -You bring good geographical knowledge and convince through very good organizational and planning skills -You speak fluent German and French -You handle the Microsoft Office palette safely and knowledge of Salesforce and SAP is an advantage
