How you shape health with ### • Personnel and functional leadership of the KTG Case Management team consisting of employees in the roles of Benefits Management and Care Management • Ensuring customer-oriented and efficient case management • Functional guidance, support, and further development of employees • Responsibility for compliance with processes, instructions, and technical specifications • Conducting team meetings, weekly briefings, and annual appraisals • Assessment, control, and signing off of case files • Ensuring quality in case management and correspondence (four-eyes principle) • Monitoring goal achievement as well as compliance with guidelines • Planning and coordination of employee deployment and work organization What distinguishes you ### • Commercial training (EFZ) or training in the medical field • Further education in the social insurance sector (e.g., Federal Diploma) • Several years of experience in the area of daily sickness allowance and case management • Good medical knowledge as well as confidence in handling medical reports • Leadership experience is an advantage • Strong communication skills and social competence • Structured, analytical, and responsible way of working • Assertiveness as well as organizational strength • Very good German language skills in speaking and writing Your place of work ### Zollstrasse 42, 8005 Zürich
