Reporting to the Corporate Functions Solutions Division, the Business Analyst will be dedicated to all Atlassian solutions for Vaudoise employees and will be a key player between the Product Owner (who carries the product vision) and the Solutions Manager (who guarantees the "delivery"). The missions awaiting you: • Identify, collect, and analyze business needs (via interviews, workshops, surveys, observations, ...) • Contribute to the identification of solutions and necessary configurations (translating needs / evolutions into techno-functional solutions, writing specifications, identifying and handling functional, technical, legal, data, security, process dependencies, ...) • Optimize processes (request management, ITSM, ...) • Drive testing (from organization to validation by defining acceptance criteria, writing test plans, coordinating anomaly resolution, ...) • Contribute to the governance of deployed solutions / functionalities (Jira: projects, workflows, automations, custom fields, Assets / CMDB; Confluence: spaces, templates, permissions; Jira Service Management: portals, queues, request types, SLA, ...) • Perform certain configurations • Support users through induced changes in collaboration with dedicated teams (support, change manager, business referent, training, ...) • Drive usage and adoption (design of dashboards, reports for the team or stakeholders) • Ensure technological monitoring (evolutions, new features) • Work in close collaboration with people managing Microsoft 365 products • Provide level 2 support (diagnostics, coordination with technical teams, publishers, enrichment of the knowledge base) Your profile: • Higher education in computer science such as HES, Bachelor, Master, EPFL, ... • Strong techno-functional expertise in Atlassian solutions (Jira, Confluence, Loom, Rovo, Jira Service Management, Assets, Bitbucket, Groovy, Xray, BigPicture, ...) • Minimum five years of experience with Atlassian technologies within the framework of IT missions / projects, business projects with a strong technological and transformation dimension • Developed analytical capacity, sharp interpersonal skills, writing skills • Excellent mastery of agile methodologies and ITIL processes • Sensitivity to change management and notably the Prosci (ADKAR) methodology applied in our organization • Atlassian & Rovo certifications appreciated • Perfect mastery of the French language: oral and written and mastery of English: minimum B2 level.
