Become part of our dedicated Customer Care team with over 30 employees in our modern Customer Care Center in Dübendorf.

As a Client Service Representative, you are the first point of contact for our customers and contribute to a first-class customer experience in digital banking. With comprehensive onboarding and targeted training, we prepare you optimally for your tasks, regardless of whether you already bring experience in banking or customer service.

Your daily tasks include:

• Telephone customer support, particularly regarding account openings and closures, card and payment orders, as well as other operational topics – including full documentation.
• Support with questions regarding our products, services and tools, as well as with the use of our digital platforms and technical concerns.
• Processing customer requests in the ticketing system.
• Close cooperation with Business Operations, IT, Sales, Legal & Compliance and Marketing for the efficient resolution of customer concerns.
• Identifying and reporting suspicious activities according to internal guidelines and processes.
• You have a completed commercial apprenticeship or a university degree and are interested in banking and finance. Initial experience in the financial sector is an advantage, but not a requirement.
• You are characterized by strong analytical thinking skills and an affinity for numbers.
• You have a strong customer and service orientation and enjoy direct customer contact.
• German is your native language. In addition, you have very good English skills. French and/or Italian skills are an advantage.
• You work in a structured manner, set the right priorities even in a dynamic environment and maintain an overview.
