Teamleader Operations & Field Engineering (m/w/d) 80 - 100% Your main tasks are: Leading, motivating and enabling members of the Operations & Field Engineering Team Responsibility for the personal, methodical and technical development of team members Planning of shifts, standby and holiday absences as well as ensuring high service quality Monitoring and controlling the quality of all ticket requests Optimizing and establishing processes and workflows with a focus on quality, time, costs and customer satisfaction Supporting the team in order processing, purchasing and ticket requests Planning and conducting service management meetings Promoting cooperation between all teams Responsibility for ticket billing including complaint management What do you bring? You have a degree as an IT specialist EFZ or a technical profession with corresponding further education.
