We create the conditions for reliable and respectful communication between migrant persons and institutions. By guaranteeing equitable access to information and facilitating mutual understanding, we contribute every day to equity and social cohesion. We are active in the cantons of Fribourg, Jura, and in the French-speaking part of the canton of Berne. Our team is composed of a coordination unit and more than 150 intercultural interpreters/mediators. We are looking for a dynamic person to drive strategic development and ensure the operational and human follow-up of our interpreter pool. Your tasks • Coordinate and develop the interpreter pool according to the needs and orientations of the service • Recruit and integrate new interpreters • Be the reference interlocutor for the interpreters and ensure the flow of information between the field and the service • Ensure the follow-up of the interpreting staff and accompany the various stages of their journey • Ensure the quality of services and handle complaints • Lead and coordinate strategic projects related to the activity of the interpreters, carry out necessary analyses, and formulate recommendations Our requirements • Higher education in human resources, management, occupational psychology, social sciences, management, or a field deemed equivalent, ideally supplemented by training in personnel management • Training or experience in conflict management • 3-5 years of experience in a similar function • Experience in recruitment and personnel development • Autonomy, sense of organization, rigor, and dynamism • Proven skills in communication and project management • Mastery of French and German • Desired knowledge of migration themes The workplace is Fribourg.
