Job role ###### Truck driver (from 3.5T) ##### Job description ###### IMPORTANT: THE STATED DAYS OR TIMES WILL DIFFER FROM THE ACTUAL WORKING HOURS. ALL DETAILS WILL BE DISCUSSED IN ADVANCE IN A PERSONAL CONVERSATION. Tasks: - Assembly/disassembly of mobile modules, stands, tents and technology according to briefing; load securing, vehicle and material check before departure - Ensure safety on site (assess wind/severe weather, cordoning off, break rules), report damage/deviations immediately. - Communication with PK/PL: short, useful status and problem reports (What · Where · Time · next step). - Material care and order (checklists/refueling, cleaning, damage reporting). - Complete daily time recording. - Ambassador of : client-side contact on site; appearing according to our values (responsibility, integration, individuality). - Training/instructing new roadies: assume a role model function. Show safety rules, introduce into the process, strengthen team spirit. Responsibility: - Safety first! Serious and conscious handling of people, material and environment - Representation of the brand : friendly, professional interaction with customers; value-based behavior even within the internal team. - Care and protection of material/vehicles; report damage/deviations immediately. - Quality-conscious thinking and acting - Comply with briefings; inform on-call service/PL in good time. - Role model in support assignments: safe introduction, short feedback to PK/PL after the assignment. - Positive, open and integrative basic attitude.
