starting 1 September 2026 or by arrangement for our location in Ostermundigen
Diaconis operates the three business areas Living and Care in old age, Palliative Care and vocational integration. Our team includes around 250 employees at several locations in the city of Bern, Ostermundigen and Biel.
On behalf of the Canton of Bern, the vocational integration of Diaconis offers various labour market measures for the sustainable vocational integration of job seekers. One of these is the EAR measure (Ermittlung arbeitsmarktrelevanter Ressourcen), an assessment of status and potential clarification for German- and French-speaking job seekers. It is aimed at persons with an unclear reintegration strategy when there is a need for clarification regarding labour market-relevant competencies and the integration potential for the labour market is to be assessed. The results form an important basis for further vocational integration. The referring office is the regional employment center (RAV).
Your tasks with us
You manage the Labour Market Measure EAR professionally and operationally
You ensure the successful implementation of the service mandate as well as the cantonal specifications
You accompany and develop the specialists in their professional activity
You ensure high quality in case management, documentation and reporting
You are responsible for quality management and continuously develop existing processes and standards
You create reportings and proofs of performance for the client
You plan and accompany quality audits as well as evaluations
You actively contribute your ideas to the further development of concepts and offers
What you bring with you
Master's degree in psychology (Tertiary A level)
At least three years of professional experience in the field of vocational integration after completion of the Master's studies
Very good German or French language skills in speaking and writing (knowledge of the respective other language is an advantage)
Very good written expression skills and confidence in using digital tools
Several years of experience in interviewing, case management, diagnostics and reporting
At least three years of proven leadership experience
High level of personal responsibility as well as strong organizational and conceptual skills
Strong quality awareness as well as experience in quality management and quality assurance
High social competence as well as an appreciative and solution-oriented leadership attitude
