Your tasks

• You independently analyze and resolve technical disruptions and ensure smooth IT operations
• You receive incidents and service requests via telephone and ticket system and accompany them from recording to resolution
• You coordinate more complex disruptions with the responsible specialist teams and ensure smooth further processing
• You manage user accounts, process orders, and take care of arising IT tasks
• You create and update technical documentation as well as knowledge base articles so that knowledge remains sustainably available
• You install, configure, and maintain hardware and software and ensure that IT workstations function reliably

Your profile

• You have completed IT training or several years of practical experience in client support
• You know typical user problems and can quickly orient yourself in technical issues
• You are confident in handling PCs, notebooks, and client-server applications
• You bring good knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common IT tools
• You communicate with stylistic confidence in German (at least C1) and mandatory possess French language skills at least at B2 level.
