Adapt your discourse according to your audience: whether it is a seasoned professional or someone discovering the profession. Collaborate with the entire trainer team in Switzerland and stay updated on the latest training trends. What you bring A solid expertise in non-life insurance, ideally enriched by experience in consulting or sales (specialist certificate or equivalent) - and the desire to broaden your horizons if needed. Experience in adult training in the insurance field, with a trainer diploma (FSEA 1 or equivalent) or a sufficient volume of hours to obtain equivalence. A real talent for creating connections: you know how to establish a climate of trust, make your training sessions lively, and convey messages with impact. Great autonomy and rigor, combined with a strong ability to adapt in a dynamic environment - because with us, things move! Mastery of digital tools to design modern and effective hybrid training. Impeccable French; German is a real plus for collaborating with your colleagues and participating in internal meetings.
