Our resort: With the new PLAVNA Deli & Bistro, the BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILIE is developing a modern meeting point in the Lower Engadine. The concept combines bistro, deli, coffee house and serviced apartments in a contemporary alpine setting. With high-quality regional products, a modern open kitchen, stylish design and a relaxed atmosphere, a new place is being created for guests, locals and holiday apartment owners. The Plavna will in the future complement the BELVEDERE HOTEL FAMILIE in Scuol. This includes the 4*Superior Hotel Belvédère, the 3*Superior Badehotel Belvair (including the Thai specialty restaurant «Nam Thai») and the 4*Boutique-Hotel GuardaVal (including gourmet restaurant with the philosophy «Art culinarica alpina»). The 4* Businesshotel Münchwilen in the Canton of Thurgau is also part of it. The production cook is responsible for the production of all basic products and semi-finished products for the PLAVNA Deli & Bistro. He/she ensures that the defined quality standards of the Belvedere Hotel Familie are met at all times and that fresh, high-quality and ready-to-sell products are available to the front and kitchen team at all times.
