Team Leader Driving Personnel

In this diverse role, you will lead and develop your driving personnel, ensure smooth driving services, and coordinate adjustments in stop and construction site management. PostAuto is converting its fleet to electric drives by 2035. With your contribution and your full conviction, you will contribute decisively to the success of this transformation.-  What you can achieve • You lead, motivate and develop your driving personnel, ensure a positive working environment and strengthen the performance and commitment of your team through regular individual meetings and team meetings. • You ensure that personnel resources for the driving service are provided on time and in high quality. You accompany your employees throughout the entire HR lifecycle - from recruitment and induction to individual development and exit. You also provide support in challenging situations such as illness or absences. You always keep relevant key figures such as absences, turnover and time balances in view and derive optimization measures from them. • You are responsible for the functioning of the local operations and ensure a smooth process. If necessary, you intervene with the control center, your contact person in personnel scheduling and operational planning as well as in operational fleet management to ensure efficient and coordinated operational management. • You plan and coordinate measures in stop and construction site management, take into account diversions and stop changes, work together with internal and external partners and manage the stop management system. In addition to your leadership tasks, you personally perform driving services, whether fixed in the schedule or to bridge bottlenecks.  What you bring with you • You have completed vocational training (EFZ) and have completed further training as a specialist in leadership (Führungsfachfrau or Führungsfachmann) with a federal diploma of expertise or a comparable qualification - or are willing to complete this in the near future. Leadership experience is a plus - but not a must! Your commitment and your willingness to further develop yourself in leadership are important to us. • You bring experience in infrastructure tasks (structural, operational, procedural) and have a good understanding of safety aspects in public spaces. With your communication skills, you bring people together, conduct dialogues at eye level and find sustainable solutions even in difficult situations. • You are capable of handling conflict and always act professionally and confidently in negotiations as well as in discussions with employees, supervisors, representatives of the PEKO and/or social partners. • You hold a driving license category D or are willing to obtain it. • You communicate very well orally and in writing in German and have good (oral) knowledge of a second national language.
