For our hospital, we are looking for a committed personality as Team Leader Patient Admission & Reception. In this versatile function, you combine leadership with active participation in daily operations. You lead a team of around 25 employees both professionally and organizationally. You work actively within the team and ensure that our processes surrounding patient admission and reception function reliably and are patient-oriented.

Your tasks ###

• Operative management and leadership of the team (24-hour shift operation) in cooperation with the group leadership professionally and administratively
• Active participation in daily business and taking on shifts, especially during bottlenecks and unforeseen situations
• Ensuring data quality and standardized processes
• Planning personnel assignments and responsibility for annual and deployment planning, including overtime and compensation management
• Ensuring service quality along the treatment pathway
• Professional and organizational further development of the team
• Interdisciplinary participation in projects
• Close cooperation with the Clinical Support department management, the Finance area, as well as other internal and external contact persons

Your profile ###

• A commercial basic education or medical basic education supplemented by administrative further training
• Further training in the field of social insurance
• Good knowledge of the flows and processes in an acute care hospital as well as experience in patient admission and reception as well as in process management
• Ideally, you have leadership training at the team leader level and/or experience in the training of apprentices
• A strong service and customer orientation when dealing with patients, relatives, as well as internal and external contact persons
• Good user knowledge in MS Office, PEP, Business Central and KISIM
• Very good German skills with stylistically confident oral and written expression
• Foreign language skills are an advantage

Working hours ###

The standard working time for the company is 42 hours per week for a full-time position (excluding doctors). Annual working time applies, which ensures the highest possible flexibility in the design of working hours. Shift requests will be implemented if possible and part-time employment is possible in many functions - also in leadership positions.
