The software applications and solutions developed with our beook technology for publishers, professional associations, and continuing education institutions are used by a growing number of learners and students in Switzerland and Germany, and are becoming the standard. To strengthen our young team, we are looking for a committed Python / Odoo Developer and Project Manager (60-100%) Do you want to develop software that is actually used daily and not just write code, but also take on responsibilities? What you will work on with us: In this role, you will evolve between software development, projects, and client requirements • Development and extension of Odoo solutions with Python • Analysis of needs and implementation of sustainable technical solutions • Adaptation and integration of existing systems and interfaces • Responsibility for sub-projects or entire projects from planning to Go-Live • Close collaboration with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders • Active participation in the design of our technical architecture and development processes What we rely on: • Very good knowledge of Python • Structured and autonomous working method • Taste for communication, coordination, and project work • Good knowledge of German, spoken and written It is a big plus: • Experience with Odoo (development, customization, or integration) or motivation to train intensively in it • Understanding of business processes (e.g., ERP, CRM, invoicing, workflows) • Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, system technology Why ionesoft: • You work on stable, long-term products rather than ephemeral projects • You get real responsibility and leeway • Flexible working models: teleworking, flexible hours, part-time or full-time (60-100 %) • 5 weeks of vacation & equitable social benefits • No deduction for coordination • Reduction to 40 hours per week over the next 3 years • Modern and bright workstations in Wabern near Berne, easily accessible by public transport and by car • A small, cohesive team with short decision paths and a pragmatic spirit
