Head of Customer Service Sales Railway Infrastructure

What you can make happen. • As manager, you take charge of Customer Service Sales Infrastructure and, with your team, you assume the pivot function between Sales and Partner Management, the service providers from the entire Infrastructure portfolio, and the clients. • You drive the continuous optimization and digitalization of daily operational processes by implementing pragmatic Sales applications, and you ensure the development of binding sales directives. • You keep an eye on compliance and quality throughout the sales process, ensure documentation is compliant with regulations, and ensure strict adherence to the framework conditions. • You are responsible for end-to-end data quality - product portfolio, customer data, and product data up to invoicing - and collaborate closely, cross-functionally, with Finance and the infrastructure business units. • You assume functional responsibility for contract management with third-party clients and guarantee complete, correct, and compliant invoicing, in coordination with the relevant stakeholders. • As a line manager, you establish and develop a team culture based on trust and performance and you provide targeted skill development. What you bring. • You lead with clarity and empathy, communicate on an equal footing, and approach conflicts in a solution-oriented manner. • You combine strategic and conceptual thinking with a decisive capacity for action, a strong service orientation, and a keen sense of quality. • You have several years of managerial experience in a comparable function as well as experience in sales and functional leadership. • Proficiency in SAP and CRM systems as well as proven experience in implementing compliance and audit requirements. • Degree in business administration or postgraduate training at HES/University level. Excellent command of German (C2 level) and ideally French (B1 level). Knowledge of English or Italian is an asset.
