Do you enjoy customer contact and want to accompany law firms in choosing the right software? At timeSensor, you will look after prospects from the first contact to the decision-making process and maintain exchange with existing customers. Your focus is on pre-sales and personal, needs-oriented consulting. Cold calling is not part of your tasks. timeSensor AG has been developing law firm software since 2010. For our small team in Baar, we are looking for a communicative personality who is fluent in German and French.

Your tasks

• You answer inquiries, clarify initial needs, and coordinate the next steps with prospects.
• You arrange and coordinate product presentations and prepare relevant customer information for our sales team.
• You follow up after presentations and offers, clarify open questions, and remain in contact until the decision.
• You create offers in coordination with the sales team and follow them up; you maintain contact with existing customers, recognize additional needs, and advise on suitable modules and extensions.

You keep customer information, conversation notes, and agreed steps up to date in the CRM.

What you bring

• German as a native language and very good French skills.
• You bring commercial understanding and strong IT affinity and work confidently with computers and software.
• You communicate in a friendly and binding manner, listen well, and enjoy telephone and personal customer contact.

You work independently, structured, and reliably and keep an eye on open inquiries.
