Digitale Verwaltung Schaffhausen actively and responsibly helps shape digital change in the canton. It develops user-friendly, secure, and seamless digital services and platforms, thereby creating measurable added value for the population, economy, and administration. As a driving force of the cantonal digitalization strategy, it initiates and accompanies projects with an impact for the entire canton and supports administrative offices in the further development of their digital offerings and platforms.

Organizer & Project Manager (Processes & Organization) (m/f), 30-40 % #

What awaits you ##

• Project Management: Classic planning, control, and monitoring of organizational and procedural digitalization projects as well as cross-departmental and cross-agency transversal projects throughout the entire lifecycle
• Process & Organizational Design: Recording existing current processes, modeling new workflows (target processes) as well as defining clear roles and responsibilities in the specialist departments, implementable organizational solutions and their coordinated implementation in projects
• Interface and Dependency Management: Recognizing and controlling organizational, technical, and functional dependencies - particularly at the interface with Informatik Schaffhausen (ITSH) for technical implementation as well as with the departments and agencies
• Change and Operational Integration: Active support during the introduction of transformative projects, reduction of resistance and ensuring a clean, sustainable handover of results into line operations (Change - Run).
• Project Controlling & Reporting: Transparent preparation of project progress, early detection of risks and development of sound decision-making bases for management

What you bring with you ##

• Education: Completed university degree (Uni/FH) in organizational development, business administration, administrative management or a comparable field. Alternatively, sound practical experience with recognized further training (e.g., IPMA Level C/D, HERMES 5.1, business analysis)
• Professional Experience: At least 5+ years of relevant professional experience in the successful implementation of organizational or digitalization projects - ideally in a public law environment or in complex matrix organizations.
• Methodological Competence: Sound know-how in classic organizational development & project management, process design and change management
• Personality & Social Competence: Very high implementation orientation, strong organizational and coordination skills as well as high assertiveness and negotiation skills when dealing with different stakeholders
• Understanding: Excellent understanding of organizational structures, processes and the interface
