To support our La Terrasse Brasserie service team, we are looking for a Chef de Rang : • Responsibility for smooth service in your own service station with a focus on guest satisfaction • Knowledge of the drink and food menu including daily offers and current promotions • Wine consultation and sales • Provision of the required mise-en-place • Guest-oriented complaint management Your profile: Experience in managing your own à la carte service station including wine service High quality and service awareness Joy and interest in regional cuisine Good German and English skills, other languages an advantage
