Customer Service Administrator / Inside Sales 100 % (m/f/d) – Reinach AG Region

For our client, a successful and internationally active company in the Menziken AG region, we are looking for a motivated, communicative, and reliable personality for customer service and inside sales, starting immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• Independent processing of customer orders and projects from order to delivery
• Responsibility for national invoicing and billing
• Close cooperation with the sales team in daily business
• Support in the creation of offers and the processing of customer projects
• Monitoring and coordination of delivery dates as well as handling delivery delays
• Interface between customers, sales, production, and logistics
• Written and telephone communication with European sister companies
• Processing of customer complaints and service orders in cooperation with the after-sales team
• Personal customer support in the showroom
• Participation in the telephone switchboard in German and English
• Support in the optimization of internal workflows and processes

Your profile

• Completed commercial training EFZ or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in customer service, inside sales, or order processing, ideally at least 5 years
• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial company is an advantage
• Good knowledge of invoicing and billing
• Very good German skills in speaking and writing (at least C1)
• Good to very good English skills in speaking and writing
• Confident handling of MS Office and administrative processes
• Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
• Strong customer and service orientation
• Communicative, team-oriented, and solution-oriented personality
• High quality awareness and enjoyment of varied tasks
