Business Analyst SAP MM Ordering (f/m/d), 80-100%

Tasks

• As a Business Analyst SAP MM, you will take functional responsibility for the ordering process with a focus on reverse logistics (returns, withdrawals, complaints) as well as inbound and outbound delivery processes including the interfaces to our external logistics systems
• You will clarify requirements together with the Scrum team, the stakeholders, and the Business Product Owner and translate functional needs into actionable user stories and solution concepts
• You will accompany the implementation of requirements in the SAP backend - from store ordering through reverse processing to fulfillment by suppliers and distribution centers
• Your topics also include 3rd-level support tasks within the product team as well as the sustainable and permanent solution of disruptions as well as optimization of processes
• Prospectively, you will develop further into the role of IT Product Owner for the SAP backend in ordering and increasingly take responsibility for the prioritization and further development of the Product Backlog

Requirements

• You have training in computer science or business administration - ideally a degree with a focus on (business) informatics
• You bring sound experience as a Business Analyst in the SAP environment, ideally in SAP MM as well as in the area of ordering, reverse logistics or delivery processes - experience in the retail/trade environment is an advantage
• You are familiar with interfaces to external logistics systems or bring the willingness to familiarize yourself with this topic
• You have already worked in agile teams and feel confident using Jira and Confluence
• You are motivated to develop further towards IT Product Owner in the medium term and to take responsibility for technical backlog prioritization
