Within our housekeeping department, you contribute daily to the quality of welcome and the well-being of patients, staff, and visitors. Through your work, you participate in maintaining a clean, pleasant environment that respects the hygiene requirements specific to the hospital setting.

In order to guarantee better coordination of activities and close monitoring of teams, the role of our housekeeping managers is focused towards more management of sectors and support for employees in their daily work.

Your mission:

• Ensure the smooth daily functioning of hotel activities on the ground
• Organize and distribute team tasks
• Manage unforeseen events and supervise sector activities
• Ensure first-level quality controls
• Participate in the integration and training of employees
• Ensure compliance with institutional standards

Your profile:

• CFC in Housekeeping Management
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a healthcare establishment
• Sense of organization, autonomy, and team spirit
• Excellent interpersonal skills and sense of responsibility
