IT Support Technician N1 & N2

To complete our team, we are looking for an IT Workplace Technician (Level 1-2) (M/F) Talents looking for an opportunity in a dynamic and human-sized company? We invite you to join us on behalf of our clients in Suisse Romande. Mission Level 1 and 2 IT Support: diagnosis and resolution of incidents (on-site, remotely, by telephone). Installations & maintenance: workstations, laptops, printers, peripherals, Office 365, business software. Microsoft 365 Administration: management of user accounts, licenses, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint. Client interventions: installations, migrations, specific projects. Participation in technical projects (cloud migration, IT security, infrastructure renewal). Depending on your skills, you may progressively evolve towards more advanced tasks: Server maintenance (Hyper-V, VMware). Backup management (Veeam). Notions of cybersecurity and best practices for protecting environments. Requirements / required profile Holder of a CFC in computer science or an equivalent training. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment (Windows, Office 365, Active Directory). Very good understanding of networks (LAN/WAN). Languages: French: fluent English: good level You are customer service oriented, methodical and have a good team spirit. Driving license indispensable (travel to clients).
