Head Chef ### #### Tasks & Challenges • Overall responsibility for the professional and personnel leadership of the kitchen including promotion and further development of the team • Planning and coordination of daily kitchen processes as well as ensuring smooth service • Active participation in daily business and modeling a high quality standard • Planning and implementation of catering orders and events • Coordination and accompaniment of external caterings • Responsibility for product orders, stock management and inventories • Ensuring an economical use of food and resources • Compliance with and further development of quality, hygiene and HACCP standards • Co-design and further development of processes as well as the culinary offering • Close cooperation with the relevant internal interfaces to ensure a smooth overall process Qualifications & Competencies • Completed training as a chef • Several years of professional experience in a comparable leadership function in high-end gastronomy • Corresponding further training as a Head Chef • Good understanding of economic contexts as well as a pronounced sense for efficient processes and the responsible handling of resources • Experience in the catering and event sector is an advantage • Pronounced quality awareness and an entrepreneurial and solution-oriented mindset • Structured, independent and efficient way of working combined with a resilient and confident personality • Communicative and team-oriented leadership personality with an appreciative and clear manner • Good German language skills in speaking and writing, further language skills are an advantage Opportunities & Perspectives You will take on a responsible key position in a versatile working environment with a professional team and varied tasks.
