What you will do

• Independent preparation and production of all dishes in the hot and cold kitchen
• Organization of the daily routine and preparation of production for the following day
• Supervision of the food service and participation in "Front Cooking"
• Planning, preparation and production of dishes for special events
• Regulated receipt, storage and documentation of goods, operating and cleaning supplies

Your place of work

Together with your team, you pamper the guests daily with up to 100 main meals at the SV Restaurant Culinarium in Bern with a diverse range: varied menus, vegetarian dishes, salads and snacks from early to late, as well as a sophisticated catering range for meetings, apéros and standing lunches. Your team includes approximately 6 employees.

You work from Monday to Friday, depending on the duty roster, mostly from 07:00 - 16:00. For special occasions, you are available flexibly.
