Missions #####

• Manage construction projects for the renewal and extension of underground networks
• Study routes with multi-fluid project managers, collaborate on the creation of plans, perform on-site surveys, and award contracts
• Prepare tender documents for the civil engineering part according to SIA 103-112 standards, draft technical specifications
• Organize and manage construction sites, guarantee compliance with planning as well as the coordination of different stakeholders (engineering firms, companies, other municipal services)
• Ensure local site management on all aspects related to the construction site
• Perform surveys and measurements throughout the construction site
• Perform corrections and adaptations of plans and documents of completed works

Profile #####

• ES technician diploma in civil engineering or an equivalent title
• Additional training in project management, an asset
• Basic knowledge of structural calculations and soil mechanics
• Knowledge of public procurement and mastery of aspects related to construction site safety
• Experience in monitoring underground network construction sites, an asset
• Ease in establishing minutes and reports
• Proficiency in MS Office tools, CAN, Messerli, CAD/CAM software
• Ability to organize and prioritize work
• Negotiation skills and capacity for persuasion
• Ease in communication and listening
